Brodie hylton, Executive Director

Prior to founding Cascadia Mobility, Brodie spent a decade launching and leading the U.S.’s first large-scale city-owned bike share programs. As a result, he has worked with a wide variety of micromobility equipment and software providers. Having worked closely with both cities and for-profit companies, Brodie understands the micromobility landscape, and how to make programs safe, fun, and successful for cities, companies, and the people riding.

al hongo, Operations Director

An Oregon native, Al has dedicated most of his waking hours to putting people on bicycles since 2007. Before Cascadia Mobility, Al has worked in bike shops, delivery, event planning, and teaching. Most recently, Al led program launches, operations management, and product development within a major tech company’s shared micromobility division.

justin sandoval, Marketing Manager

From Eugene, Oregon, Justin has worked within the fields of mental health, food justice, and student development. Before joining Cascadia Mobility, Justin focused his academics and professional experience around equitable transportation planning. Justin has worked across Oregon on a variety of transportation-related projects ranging from planning, public engagement, and auditing. If there is one thing that can be said about Justin, he is driven to help connect people to their community.

Responsible for all hands-on aspects of our operations, the fleet team (aka “Cas Mob”) are everyday superheroes for shared transportation. Experts in operating vehicles, navigating traffic, parsing data, and all aspects of preventative maintenance and repair, they wear many hats, work autonomously, and play an active role in evolving our workflows.

Avalon Reynolds-Brice, Programs Manager

Born and raised in the beautiful, bikeable city of Portland, Avalon Reynolds-Brice is an advocate for active, outdoor exploration and community building. Prior to joining Cascadia Mobility, Avalon worked in outdoor education and event production, where she honed her skills in creating engaging educational experiences and fostering connections. Avalon understands that empowered individuals build resilient communities. Through her work, she's committed to promoting sustainable, healthy, equitable transportation options.
